gunnercooke advises on sale of Mymeds&me
gunnercooke corporate partners David Salamons and Harriet Collins have successfully advised the shareholders of Mymedsandme Limited on the sale of the company to Stanley Capital Partners LLP (SCP), a European and US-focused mid-market private equity firm.
Mymeds&Me capture safety data directly from patients, healthcare professionals and Pharma clients through its global SaaS platform, Reportum®. MMM has a broad, well-established, and global client base, which includes some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
The acquisition of the digital-first organisation will strengthen the offering of a best-in-class pharmacovigilance solution focused on the current and future requirements of the life sciences industry.
The financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
