Law firm gunnercooke has assisted the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC Mauritius) with the drafting and development of the subsidiary legislation and supporting rules under the Virtual Asset and Initial Token Offering Services Act (VAITOS) 2021.

Burnie hosts the firm’s Crypto Cast podcast, a leading source of industry news, featuring guests from Ziglu, The Law Commission, Copper and Nickel Digital Asset Management.
