Claire-Elaine is a property litigation specialist who supports clients in resolving and managing a wide range of property related issued. She is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and sits as a Fee Paid Judge in the Frist Tier Tribunal Property Chamber.

Claire-Elaine particularly enjoys the challenge of more complex or unusual matters and her practice covers a wide range of property work including landlord & tenant, proactive estate and portfolio management, facilitation of developments, telecommunications, boundaries, rights of way and restrictive covenants. She also has more niche experience in defending bulk litigation on behalf of developers and local authorities, as well as dealing with professional negligence claims against property professionals. He legal knowledge, combined with her dual qualification as a Business Strategy Consultant and Chartered Manager, enables her to approach even the most complex situations in a pragmatic and commercial manner.

As well as resolving issues when they arise, Claire-Elaine works proactively with clients to help them manage risk on specific projects or across their organisation. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Agricultural Law Association. She currently sits on the Board of Rooftop Housing Group as a Non-Exec Director and their Chair of Audit & Risk. She also sits as a Fee Paid Employment Tribunal Judge.
