Claire-Elaine is a property litigation specialist who supports clients in resolving and managing a wide range of property related issues. As well as acting for individual parties, she is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and sits as a Fee Paid Judge in the Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.

Claire-Elaine’s practice covers a wide range of property work including landlord & tenant, estate and portfolio management, facilitation of developments, telecommunications, boundaries, rights of way and restrictive covenants. She has experience in managing bulk litigation on behalf of developers, local authorities, property owners and tenants. She also deals with cases involving professional negligence claims against property professionals. Her legal knowledge, combined with her dual qualifications as a Business Strategy Consultant and status as a Chartered Manager, enable her to approach even the most complex situations in a pragmatic and commercial manner.

As well as resolving issues when they arise, Claire-Elaine collaborates proactively with clients to help them manage risk on specific projects or across their organisation. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Agricultural Law Association. She also the current Chair of Rooftop Housing Association.
